Who was Re`nee Israel?
Re`nee Israel was a female that unfortunately had and passed away from breast cancer. Re`nee was a very kind girl that brought out smiles on everyones face around her.In 1989, she was sadly diagnosed with Breast Cancer.Unfortunately, in 2001, she was informed that the breast cancer, that she had 12 years prior, had resurfaced in her lungs and was given months to live. Even though this wasn't the best news she still had a positive outlook.Unfortunately, in 2001, she was informed that the breast cancer, that she had 12 years prior, had resurfaced in her lungs and was given months to live. In honor of Re`nee her family started a organization for her, The Re`nee Israel Foundation. The Re`nee Israel Foundation raises money and gives it the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University.
